Terms of service
These terms describe the scope and responsibilities of the manuscript-preparation service offered as MedManuscript by Dr. Vikas Gaur.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Nature of the service
MedManuscript by Dr. Vikas Gaur assists with extracting, organising, drafting, editing, formatting and preparing a manuscript from material supplied by the customer. The service does not guarantee journal acceptance, publication, indexing, citation, editorial decisions or completion within a journal’s own timeline.
Customer authority
By requesting the service, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the dissertation and associated material and to request manuscript preparation. You remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required from your guide, institution, co-authors, ethics committee, data controller or other authority.
Research integrity
The service will not knowingly fabricate data, invent p-values, alter results to create statistical significance, create false references or ethical approvals, conceal research misconduct, misrepresent authorship or add an author without appropriate approval.
Author and guide responsibility
The candidate, guide and all listed authors remain responsible for verifying the study design, numerical results, statistical methods, interpretation, tables, references, ethical information, authorship, conflicts of interest, funding declarations, journal requirements and final manuscript. All authors should approve the manuscript before submission.
Use of artificial intelligence
Artificial-intelligence systems may assist with document extraction, organisation, drafting, language improvement and quality checks. You are responsible for reviewing the selected journal’s policy and disclosing AI-assisted preparation when required.
Scope and revisions
Each package includes only the deliverables and revision rounds stated on the Pricing page or in the written quotation. A revision is limited to corrections and refinements within the original dissertation findings and agreed article scope. New datasets, new analyses, changed objectives, a different article type, extensive rewriting after changed conclusions or formatting for additional journals may require a separate fee.
Payment and commencement
The project scope and fee will be confirmed before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due before substantive manuscript processing starts.
Cancellation and refunds
A project may be cancelled for a full refund before substantive processing begins. Once extraction, drafting or review has started, any refund may be reduced to account for work already completed. After delivery of the agreed principal manuscript draft, fees are non-refundable except where the agreed deliverable has not been materially provided or applicable law requires otherwise.
Timelines
Any completion date is based on timely receipt of readable documents, complete information, payment and author responses. Missing information, unreadable files, new requests, extensive revisions or third-party service interruptions may extend the timeline.
Confidentiality and file retention
Project documents are handled according to the Privacy page. Source documents and active working files are normally retained for up to 15 days after final delivery or project closure and are then deleted from active working storage, subject to the exceptions described in the Privacy policy.
References and source-document errors
References, numerical values and scientific statements must be independently verified by the authors. The service is not responsible for an error inherited from the supplied dissertation, dataset, analysis or third-party bibliographic source when that error is not reasonably identifiable during the agreed review.
Journal submission
Where submission support is included, the customer retains final control over the manuscript and submission account. Journal fees, article-processing charges, plagiarism reports, language certificates and third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated.
Limitation of responsibility
The service is not responsible for journal rejection, editorial delay, peer-review decisions, publication fees, source-data defects, undisclosed conflicts, authorship disputes, regulatory non-compliance or consequences arising from submission without full author and guide review.
Contact and resolution
Questions or concerns should first be raised in good faith by email at drvikasgaur@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 70146 07979. Applicable legal rights are not excluded by these terms.
